Over 70 parents of current Year 5 students from the Fremantle College community recently joined us in the brand new Performing Arts Centre for a Year 5 Parent Information Evening.
Delivered by Associate Principal Emma Walker and Program Coordinator Janelle Mittonette, the session covered the following aspects:
- Introduction to the Fremantle College leadership team
- College vision and values
- Positive Education philosophy
- New and refurbished facilities
- Uniform
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
- Year 7 subjects and pathways
- Learning support
- Specialist Programs and Academies
- Gifted and Talented Selective Academic Program

Due to the high level of interest that has been generated within the community about this event, a second Year 5 Parent Information Evening has been scheduled for Wednesday 11 October (Week 1, Term 4) at 6.00pm in the Performing Arts Centre.
